Our Story
Founded in 1983, S&P was the first to transform fresh coconut milk into a convenient, high-quality powder. What started as a vision to make coconut milk more accessible has grown into a global brand, trusted by businesses and households alike. Through years of research and innovation, we have perfected our formulations to retain the authentic taste and nutritional benefits of coconut.
S&P was listed on the KL Stock Exchange in 1993, marking a new era of expansion. In 2017, we took another major step by listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, fueling advancements in automation and production. Today, we export 80% of our products to over 40 countries under four trusted brands—Santan, Cosip, Rasa Enak, and Cocos—serving both retail and industrial markets.

Our Story Milestones
1983
Establish S & P Industries – The first company in Malaysia to manufacture coconut milk powder. 1st manufacturing plant located in Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia.
1985
Launch first product S&P Santan Coconut Powder & Awarded Best Food Product by MIFT (Malaysia Institute of Food Technology)
1995
Opened a second factory in Bagan Datuk, Perak.
2008-2009
Launched Ketupat & Kerisik Products
2010
Fully automated production system has been installed with SCADA System (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)
2012
Obtained ISO 9001 (HQ), Halal Certificated and FSSC 22000. Implement HACCP system in factory.
2013
A biomass boiler was installed to supply energy to the production machinery, supporting environmental preservation and maintaining eco-friendly, sustainable value chain operations
2014
R&D Team was established to innovate more new products
2017
Listed in HKEX
2019
Venture into TetraPak Aseptic VTIS Processing & Packing Line.
2019
Launching coconut milk with twist cap.
